Building with data, learning with purpose.

I’m Basant Khanal, a final-year Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) student at Patan Multiple Campus in Kathmandu, Nepal. I’m currently in the eighth semester and building my career toward data analytics, with a strong interest in data-driven business and fintech and digital payments analytics.

My practical work covers data cleaning and exploration, SQL-based analysis, Python, Excel, Power BI, visualization, predictive modeling, customer analytics, ETL pipelines, APIs, and AI-powered applications. I have also completed practical training in Data Science and Machine Learning at Deerwalk Institute of Technology. I enjoy understanding a problem first, working with the data, and then building a solution that can actually be used.
